Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to the JIT Enterprises public catalog, business account services, transactional storefront, customer accounts, downloadable files, products, and related services. JIT Enterprises is a registered fictitious name (DBA) of Available Material Handling, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company. “JIT Enterprises,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Available Material Handling, LLC doing business as JIT Enterprises.
By accessing an approved account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. Business-account applications are temporarily unavailable through the public website. Viewing the public catalog does not submit an application or record acceptance of these Terms. If public applications reopen, the process and any required agreement will be described before submission.
Business customers only
The transactional storefront is intended solely for legitimate businesses and their authorized representatives. Creating a customer profile or submitting an application does not approve purchasing access. JIT Enterprises may verify business information, request supporting documentation, approve or reject access, limit permissions, or revoke access when information is inaccurate, authority cannot be verified, or activity presents legal, payment, fraud, security, or operational risk.
You represent that you are authorized to act for the business associated with your account. You must keep contact information current and notify support@jitlocks.com when a buyer should be added or removed. Company approval, tax status, discounts, payment terms, catalogs, and ordering permissions are controlled by JIT Enterprises and cannot be changed by the customer through the profile page.
Account access and security
Customer Accounts use email verification codes. Do not share verification codes or account access with unauthorized persons. Your business is responsible for activity performed by its authorized contacts and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Product information and selection
We aim to describe products, included components, dimensions, compatibility, images, and availability accurately. Minor differences in appearance, finish, packaging, or manufacturer documentation may occur. Contact sales@jitlocks.com before ordering if suitability, handing, latch projection, hook gap, channel size, cylinder, core, keying, finish, or another specification is unclear.
The customer is responsible for selecting the correct SKU and configuration for its application and for arranging qualified installation. Installation instructions supplied with a product must be reviewed and followed. Product images and downloadable CAD or STEP files are provided for evaluation and planning; they do not replace field measurements, applicable codes, manufacturer instructions, engineering review, or professional judgment. Do not manufacture, modify, or install solely from a preview image.
Prices, discounts, and order acceptance
Prices are stated in United States dollars unless indicated otherwise. An approved customer-specific discount applies only when it is active for the authenticated customer before checkout. Discounts are not retroactive after payment and do not combine unless expressly stated.
Submitting an order does not obligate JIT Enterprises to accept it. We may review or cancel an order because of availability, pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment issue, account authorization, shipping limitation, or other legitimate reason. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Taxes and resale exemptions
Applicable taxes are calculated based on the information available at checkout. Business-account approval does not create tax-exempt status. A customer requesting a resale or other exemption must provide a valid, properly completed certificate and any supporting information requested by JIT Enterprises. An exemption applies only after JIT Enterprises approves and records it for the appropriate customer or company location. The customer is responsible for the accuracy, scope, use, and continuing validity of its exemption documentation.
Payment
Unless JIT Enterprises expressly approves written payment terms, orders must be paid at checkout using an available payment method. Purchase order numbers may be recorded for the customer’s reference but do not create credit terms or override the requirement for payment.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Manufacturer warranties
A product may be covered by a manufacturer warranty. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s terms, exclusions, claim requirements, and remedies. Contact support@jitlocks.com for assistance identifying the applicable warranty process. JIT Enterprises does not expand or replace a manufacturer warranty through product descriptions, technical files, or customer communications unless it expressly agrees to do so in writing.
Acceptable use
You may not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with system operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected account information, circumvent business approval or purchasing restrictions, introduce malicious code, or misuse product files. We may suspend access while investigating suspected misuse.
Intellectual property
The JIT Enterprises name, site design, original content, and related branding are owned by or licensed to JIT Enterprises. Product names, trademarks, technical information, and manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners. Downloadable CAD and STEP files are supplied for evaluating and using the applicable products. Their availability does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce products, remove notices, or use third-party trademarks beyond applicable law or written authorization.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the services and website content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website or account availability. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, business interruption, lost profits, or reliance on a preview or downloadable file, to the extent such exclusion is permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation or disclaimer is also subject to any applicable written manufacturer warranty and any express commitment made by JIT Enterprises in the accepted order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through direct business communication.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or service changes. The current version and its “Last updated” date will be posted on the website. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed by the parties.
